Weld Neck Flanges are designed for permanent, strong, and leak-proof connections, ideal for oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, and water treatment industries.

Our flanges are precision-forged, heat-treated, and CNC-machined according to ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and API 605 standards, ensuring dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, and long-lasting durability.

Types of Weld Neck Flanges

  • 1. Raised Face (RF) Weld Neck Flange – Provides enhanced gasket seating for high-pressure applications.
  • 2. Flat Face (FF) Weld Neck Flange – Suitable for low-pressure piping systems.
  • 3. Long Weld Neck Flange – Used in critical applications requiring high mechanical strength.
  • 4. Custom Weld Neck Flanges – Manufactured per client drawings or specifications.
